Lists, by country, of where to buy premade armatures (or dollies and puppets), and components such as heads.  Please note there may be conditions regarding or restricting their commerical use.

Ebob Miniatures - 28mm puppets and skeletal armatures.
Hasslefree Miniatures - 28mm male armatures, and a wide range of heads for male and female humans, male and female elves, orcs, goblins, dwarfs and more.
Historex Agents - a wide range of their own 54mm heads, and more from other manufacturers.
Table Warfare - posed armatures for 25mm, 28mm and 32mm sculpts.

USA

Bronze Age Miniatures - 32mm and 54mm male and female blanks, and 32mm skeletons.
Reaper Miniatures - various armatures and dollies, and starter heads.

Bulgaria

OKB Grigorov - 20mm, 23mm and 26mm human, and 1/72 horse, etched brass figure frames.  No webshop - see distributors.

France

JMD Miniatures - 54mm resin male and female armatures, also 54mm resin heads and hands.

Germany

Masquerade Miniatures - 30mm skulls and resin blanks.

Hungary

Friulmodel - 1/32 and 54mm poseable metal armatures.
