               Our Favorite Roasted Pumpkin Seed Recipe
Each year after we carve our pumpkin, we make sure to save all of the seeds inside so we can make roasted pumpkin seeds! They are a yummy,baby clothes, healthy snack, that even my toddlers love!AdvertisementThere are so many great ways to make them, so I thought I’d share a few of my favorite recipes here…Basic recipe:1 C fresh pumpkin seeds1 T olive oilSpice mix (choose 1 from list below)Spice mix options:1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp rosemary1/2 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp smoked paprika1/2 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes1 T grated parmesan cheese1 tsp sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamonClean your pumpkin seeds of all the pumpkin guts. I find this works best by putting them in a colander under running water. Drain them, then pat dry. In a bowl,baby safety, combine pumpkin seeds, olive oil,baby toys, and spice mix. Stir until all the seeds are coated. Pour the pumpkin seeds onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees. For best results, stir seeds around halfway through baking time. I think they taste best warm out of the oven, but they will store in an air-tight container for up to a week. Enjoy!
